Milk-free Chocolate Cake

Milk-free Egg-free Wheat-free Peanut-free
Soy-free Nut-free  Other 

Ingredients:

2 1/4 cups flour
1 2/3 cups sugar
2/3 cup cocoa
1 1/4 teaspoons  baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/4 cups water
3/4 cup shortening
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:

Combine all the ingredients with a mixer, beating well. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
