Milk-free Chocolate Frosting

Milk-free Egg-free Wheat-free Peanut-free
Soy-free Nut-free  Other 

Ingredients:

1 stick of milk-free margarine, softened
1 pound (about 4 cups) of confectioner sugar
3-4 tablespoon liquid (can be soy milk, rice milk or water)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:

Cream margarine with half of the confectioner sugar. Add some of the liquid, salt and vanilla. Mix well. Add the remaining sugar. Use the remaining liquid until you get the desired consistency.
