Chocolate Pumpkin Pie

Pie Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
15 oz. can solid pack pumpkin (NOT spiced)
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Enough cocoa to grease and "flour" pan

Topping Ingredients:
1 tablespoon powdered sugar (check ingredients)
warmed seedless raspberry jam


Directions:

In a small bowl, melt chocolate in microwave oven for 2 minutes on medium power.
In a blender, food processor or mixer, combine pumpkin and eggs. Add sugar, baking powder and chocolate; process until smooth.

Pour batter into greased and floured 9 inch round cake pan (cocoa can be used in place of flour). Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean.

Cool. Sprinkle with sugar. Cut into 10 wedges. Serve with raspberry sauce.
