Regal Chocolate Sauce

Ingredients:

2 squares (2 oz.) unsweetened baking chocolate
1/3 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoon canola oil
1/4 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:

Microwave chocolate and water in large microwavable bowl on HIGH for 45 seconds. Stir if possible. Microwave another 30-45 seconds. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Stir sugar into chocolate mixture. Microwave 2 1/2 minutes until sugar is completely dissolved, stirring halfway through heating time. Stir in oil and vanilla.

Drizzle on cake. Use as a fruit or cookie dip.
