Chi Chi's Sweet Corn Cake

Ingredients:
3/4 cup cornmeal
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup melted non-dairy margarine or oil
1/4 cup water
15 oz. can cream-style corn
Directions:
Mix all ingredients until combined. Pour into greased 9 x 5 inch loaf
pan. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes, or
until liquid is absorbed. Serve as a side dish or dessert.
