Milk-free Egg-free Wheat-free Peanut-free
Soy-free Nut-free  Other 

Ingredients:

3/4 cup oat flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon double-acting baking powder
2 Tablespoons powdered sugar
2 egg replacer
2/3 cup milk
1/3 cup water
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:

Mix dry ingredients, then mix liquid ingredients. Combine together with a few swift strokes. Pour into skillet with small amount of oil and twist pan around to spread the mixture thinly. Flip to cook on the other side when brown.
