Goulash

Ingredients:

1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
2 cans diced tomatoes
1/4 cup dried minced onion
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1 1/2 cup elbow macaroni
a little bit of water

Directions:

Brown the beef in a large skillet or Dutch oven. Drain the grease off. Add the remaining ingredients (tomatoes through macaroni). Bring to a boil and reduce to simmer. Cover pan and cook until macaroni is done. You may need to add a little bit of water to keep the goulash from drying out.
