Oat Waffles and Pancakes

Ingredients:

1 cup oat flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg replacer (Ener-G Egg Replacer)
1/2 to 3/4 cup liquid (half milk substitute and half water)
1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Directions:

Stir oat flour, baking powder and salt together. Make a well in the dry ingredients and add egg substitute, milk substitute and water, and oil. Start with 1/2 cup of liquid and add more if batter is too stiff. As the batter sits it will thicken, so more liquid will be required.
